How to live a spiritual life and function (better) in the ‘real world’

This will be a small, closed coaching group meeting monthly, with an optional discussion group in between. Each week will encourage you to improve on what you have learnt, and help you clarify and smooth out any difficulties.

Topics covered will include:
Finding your own way
Meditation
Living in the now, and loving what is
Feeling at peace no matter what goes on around
Merging compassion and assertiveness
Dealing with difficulties in your life and the world
Living your values
Finding your life purpose
How to follow your soul to ‘success’ in all areas
Law of attraction
And any other topics that come up….

From March 2008, I will be teaching a course which will allow those who pass it to become Crystal Healers with a Diploma in Crystal Healing.

The course will involve 90 hours of contact time with myself and will also include home study and case studies.
