This is an amazing book that had a real impact on me. Just reading it was a moving experiance and helped me to move into a place of calm. The calm didn't last, so obviously I'm not awake yet, but it has definately inspired me to focus more on my spiritual journey. It is helpful to read of ordinary women, women like me, who have reached a point where they can live in the world and still maintain the awareness that they are something more than their mind and body. An awareness that goes beyond rational thought to a knowingness. For me this book is a starting point and I am looking forward to reading some of the other books that Rita recommends.
