    • Opening your connection to the universal source (spirit or soul)
    • The chakras, what they do and how can balancing your chakras
    • Protection
    • Reflection and meditation
  5. Space
    • Spas as places of therapy & beauty
    • Types of spa treatments
    • Insurance
    • Increasing your employment potential
    • Conscious clearing of your work space, including the use of crystals.
This book is a good guide for the therapist at the beginning of their therapist journey as it goes into details about the ways of making sure that the therapist is looking after their own well-being.

It is also a good reminder for the more seasoned therapist about the importance of taking care of yourself and not just focusing on the well-being of your clients.
