ADVERTISING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all advertising with Inspirational Friends.

1. Adverts will automatically be removed from the website when the period of time paid for expires. If you wish to continue your advert please ensure that you pay your renewal on time.

2. You are responsible for keeping your online entries up to date and for notifying Inspirational Friends of any changes for non online adverts.

3. There are only a limited number of therapy listings available on the individual therapy pages. Please check availability before sending any money. If you do not renew your therapy page listing on time then we cannot guarantee that the space will still be available if you wish to renew later.

4. We reserve the right to change conditions relating to FREE advertising at any time.

5. We do not reveal the information provided by members to any third parties, other than as part of advertisments you have posted online or agreed with us offline.

6. We do everything we can to ensure that the website is always available, however, the server on which the website is hosted is outside our control and there may therefore occasionally be short periods of down time. We do not provide refunds in the event of website downtime, unless the period is excessive.

7. Please note that we do not provide refunds on advertising or therapy listings

8. The number of adverts included in our E-Zine is strictly limited to avoid swamping our members. Advertising space will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please reserve your space early to avoid disapointment.

9. Any Advertising not posted online that runs for a set period of time will be updated once a month. All copy should be forwarded at least one week before the start of the next month. MemberPlus members should bear in mind that although they may not be paying for individual adverts this deadline still applies. Other adjustments may be made at other times of the month where time allows, but this is at the discretion of the Website Editor. (Where possible you are advised to make all changes online).
